Mexican Industrial Park Standard

First and only industrial park in the state of Guanajuato certified as a “Safe Industrial Park” by AMPIP.

  • Compliance with NOM-001-SEMARNAT-1996 in our treatment plants and NOM-002-SEMARNAT-1996 for the reception of sanitary discharges from companies installed in the park.
  • Compliance with NOM-013-ENER-2013 for energy efficiency, featuring LED lighting on streets and avenues.
  • As well as full adherence to the Mexican Standard for Industrial Parks NMX-R-046-SCFI-2015.

Security
