At Grupo Marabis, we believe that building prosperity goes beyond industrial development; it means creating a positive and lasting impact on our environment and the communities that welcome us. Today, we are proud to share news that reaffirms this commitment: for the second consecutive year, we have been awarded the 2025 Social Responsibility Distinction by the Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks (AMPIP).
What is the AMPIP label and why is it so important?
The AMPIP social responsibility seal is recognized in our sector for industrial park developers who demonstrate a tangible commitment to the sustainable development of their immediate environment. It represents validation of strategies and actions that generate tangible benefits in the social, economic, educational, and environmental spheres.
Receiving this award means that our initiatives have been evaluated and recognized by Mexico’s leading industrial park organization, confirming that we operate under the highest standards of ethics and social contribution.
An achievement driven by the Marabis Foundation and our partners
This recognition is the result of constant and passionate work carried out throughout the year and led by our Marabis Foundation. Since its launch in 2023, the foundation has been the driving force behind programs that seek to strengthen the social and educational fabric of neighboring communities.
But this is a shared achievement based on key synergy. None of this would be possible without the invaluable opportunity provided by the educational authorities and, of course, the collaboration of more than 10 companies based in our park. Through their donations and enthusiastic participation in charitable activities, we have been able to strengthen key programs such as RAM DUAL, directly benefiting the children of employees by increasing the attention they receive with more teachers in each classroom and an educational psychologist in each of their schools, increasing educational relevance, and opening doors to a brighter future.
The 3,641 beneficiaries, the 48 donations of sports uniforms, and the reforestation efforts carried out both in communities and in industrial parks are just a reflection of this joint effort.

For Grupo Marabis, social responsibility is not a project, it is a fundamental pillar of our philosophy. This second consecutive award is not only a cause for celebration, but also a reminder of our responsibility and an incentive to continue innovating in our social impact strategies.
